You agree and represent that you are buying for your own use only, and not for resale. Deihs Designs in their sole discretion reserves the right to review and refuse fundraising affiliates. Deihs Designs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make any necessary updates, modifications and adjustments at any time without prior notice to product descriptions, warranties and prices, due to errors, product discontinuation, changing costs, new market conditions or any other factor. All prices are subject to all applicable sales taxes, handling charges and shipping charges. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Deihs Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Deihs Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Deihs Designs shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Deihs Designs acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Deihs Designs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Deihs Designs reserves the right to not send any gift message that includes profanity, offensive language or hate speech. The sender will not be notified in this case; the message will be destroyed and the order will be shipped with no message attached. Deihs Designs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Designs reserves the right to substitute similar product of equal or greater value and/or to make colour substitutions.

Any modification of any order must be received by Deihs Designs before production begins. Any modification of any order for products scheduled for delivery on February 14, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving or December 25 must be received by Deihs Designs not later than 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery of products. No returns or exchanges of any delivered products will be accepted.

Deihs Designs will begin no set up, printing, customization or decoration of product until paid in full for the price of all applicable set up, printing, customization, decoration and artwork fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct when you submit your order. Deihs Designs will deliver your product anywhere in North America within 14 business days after final artwork approval, when you use our preferred carrier. Deihs Designs takes no responsibility for any undeliverable or delayed orders due to incorrect shipping information. Products will be delivered by means of a courier of Deihs Designs choosing, either by land or air. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept the order when delivered, failing which the order will be left in a location at the discretion of the carrier or taken back to the nearest depot. Deihs Designs takes no responsibility for any orders that are destroyed, damaged or stolen as a result of the mode of delivery. Provided that Deihs Designs care and handling instructions are followed, Deihs Designs warrants that products will last an acceptable amount of time.

Deihs Designs DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN RESPECT OF THE PRODUCTS CONTEMPLATED BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Deihs Designs RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ITS WARRANTIES AT ANY TIME, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE WITH RESPECT TO FUTURE SALES AND DELIVERIES. SOME PROVINCES DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION LASTS IN CONSUMER TRANSACTIONS. THEREFORE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
