Shipping with Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs is fast, easy, and versatile.
We will deliver to most addresses in the USA, Canada, and Internationally. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO's and certain military institutions. We will to deliver to hospitals, care facilities and funeral homes if specific receiving arrangements are made by the customer in advance. Our couriers do not call ahead of delivery and cannot predict when they will deliver your order. If your package is being shipped to an apartment or a secure building that requires special access, please include the access code on the 2nd address line of the recipient's address. Also, if a package is undeliverable either because the address is incorrect or because the driver is unable to locate the address, the package will be returned to the nearest distribution center and held until further direction is given. Majestic Minds Custom Designs cannot be held responsible in such instances.
You can give us a call and we can give you an estimate on shipping or you can get estimates yourself from the carrier you prefer. Our preferred carrier is Purolator Courier. We ship within 7 days of final artwork approval when you use our preferred carrier. You can use our postal code- L3B 3W2 and visit the Purolator Shipping Estimate Page.

All prices are subject to all applicable sales taxes, handling charges and shipping charges. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs reserves the right to not send any gift message that includes profanity, offensive language or hate speech. The sender will not be notified in this case; the message will be destroyed and the order will be shipped with no message attached. Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs reserves the right to substitute similar product of equal or greater value and/or to make colour substitutions.
Any modification of any order must be received by Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs before production begins. Any modification of any order for products scheduled for delivery on February 14, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving or December 25 must be received by Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs not later than 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery of products. No returns or exchanges of any delivered products will be accepted.
Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs will begin no set up, printing, customization or decoration of product until paid in full for the price of all applicable set up, printing, customization, decoration and artwork fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct when you submit your order. Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs will deliver your product anywhere in North America within 14 business days after final artwork approval, when you use our preferred carrier. Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs takes no responsibility for any undeliverable or delayed orders due to incorrect shipping information. Products will be delivered by means of a courier of Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs choosing, either by land or air. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept the order when delivered, failing which the order will be left in a location at the discretion of the carrier. Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs takes no responsibility for any orders that are destroyed, damaged or stolen as a result of the mode of delivery. Provided that Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs care and handling instructions are followed, Majestic Minds & Deihs Designs warrants that products will last an acceptable amount of time.

We need confirmation from you that artwork, spelling, and placement are correct. And then we have to start printing and get the items into your hands.
