What's the smallest order you accept?
We accept all orders of all quantities. However, smaller quantity orders will cost more. Our normal smallest run is about a dozen pieces for screen printing & embroidery. We will do single piece orders and charge based on each job. Single piece orders for digitally printed clothing, accessories, novelty products & promotional products are common place.

Can we mix and match sizing or styles?
Yes. As long as the logo does not change, you can choose any arrangement of sizes, and even different shirts, styles and colours. A second logo means a separate order.

Can you supply us the clothing garments?
Of course! Take a look at our online catalogue or give us your address to receive a catalogue in print. Just choose the product you like!

When you quote prices do you include all the hidden charges?
We'll never charge you more than we quote. All setup charges are included in our quotes. The bottom line is the bottom line. We pride ourselves on giving you the most affordable prices.

How fast can we have our clothing ready?
We normally take to the end of 7 business days to have your product ready for shipout or pick up . However, if you need it in a rush we always try our best to accommodate.

What if we don't see what we want in your catalogue?
Just let us know what you are looking for. Due to size restraints and the huge amount of clothing options we have, we can't always fit it in one catalogue. We have much more than T shirts.

Do you do customized Team uniforms?
Of course, we can do it all. Have a particular uniform in mind? Names, numbers, anything you want. We can have your jersey custom created!

What are your operating hours?
We are always open. Thanks to the internet, our website can provide you with a lot of information all the time. However, when you need a quote or have any questions, e-mail us for the quickest response. Since we are always working to please our customers, you can get quotes and your questions answered even at night and on weekend via e-mail!

Can we have our garments personalized?
Yes, we can embroider or print your personalized name on the product you choose. An additional charge will apply.

What if we wanted to change our order?
If we have already processed your order, changes cannot be made. You can always try to contact us, and if your order is at a stage it can be adjusted, we will do our best to accommodate, but because of the nature of our business, this is not likely.

Can we cancel or return our order?
Since everything we produce is strictly custom printed or embroidered just for you, we cannot take back any returns.

What if we make a mistake with our artwork? Can you fix it?
We send every customer a mock up of what their imprinted clothing will look like. It is the customers responsibilty to make sure all placement, spelling and artwork is correct. Once the printing process begins we can not change your artwork. Ordering with a new artwork file or making corrections after we begin printing is the same as starting a new order.

What if we ordered some shirts and wanted to get a few extras afterwards?
It is always best to order a few more than you think you need to start. Once your order is complete, ordering a few extra shirts is the same as placing a new order.
